We keep a number of our heifer calves to prove out bloodlines of our A.I. sires every year. Since our pastures have a upper limit for the number of stock, we sell some of our proven younger cows every year. For a great start to your herd you can buy bred females with a calf at side or wait till fall for just the bred cow.
